Founded in 2004.

 

We struggled to find a good skate sharpening.  Then we found Maximum Edge. 

Once we tried it we were blown away.  If it could help beer leaguers like us, imagine what it could do for someone who could actually skate.

 

We started in a small hole in the wall operation part time.  response was so great that we expanded not once, not twice, but three times!  We now have a convenient main location at 649 The parkway in Peterborough. 

 

We pride ourselves on being the only PROFESSIONAL skate sharpeners and profilers in the area.  We have expanded into Eastern Ontario's Largest lacrosse retailer, carrying lax gear year round.

 

We pride ourselves on our knowledge of skates and the skaters that use them.  If you are having an issue with your skates, please stop in and chat with one of our trained professionals.  We will do everything to get you flying around the rink again soon.
